This mango salsa recipe is quick and easy to make and is also delicious! It is a fun way to change up a basic salsa recipe.
Mango is a tropical fruit so when used it gives recipes a sweet tropical taste. This Mango Salsa recipe is great with tortilla chips, as a topping for tacos, on a Latin inspired Salad, as a topping on Gazpacho Soup, or to add flavor to grilled fish or chicken.
My favorite way to eat this Mango Salsa is to add it as a topping to Grilled Mahi Tacos. It tastes so good that for a hot second I’m wisked away to a tropical island. 🙂
INGREDIENTS
2 Mangos peeled and chopped (or buy pre- cut in deli produce)
1 Red Onion diced
1 Tomato diced
Fresh Cilantro
3 Radish diced
1-2 Limes
Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix together mango, tomato, red onion, radish, and cilantro.
Add fresh lime juice and salt and pepper.
That’s it! So EASY!!!!
