Beach Wave hair is definitely the current HOT trend! It’s sexy in a BoHo grungy kind of way. It makes me think of what my hair would hopefully look like if I lived in a little shack on a tropical beach somewhere in the middle of the caribbean. Hmmm. Sounds familiar .. when I was a little girl I actually lived in a shack on an island in the carribean 🙂
Even though my hair is naturally curly, those curls should not be mistaken for beach waves.

HOW TO
If your hair is already naturally wavy, then I don’t suggest brushing it out or it will most likely get frizzy. However, if you have naturally straight hair than definitely brush it out.
Since my hair is curly, I use Color Wow Dream Coat when I blow dry it to create a smooth and non-frizzy style. I’ve used this product for several years and really love it. After my hair is dry and smooth I am ready to use my beach waver.
Next part it down the middle.
Then use a Heat Protector Spray to protect your hair.

Plug in and turn on your Fairy Wave Beach Waver. Only turn it to about 300 degrees. If your hair is thin and fine start with a lower temperature so you don’t burn it. This Fairy Waver gets very HOT!
Divide your hair into sections. Then starting about 3-4 inches from the top of your head add a section of hair in between the barrels. Hold with hair clamped between the barrels for less than a minute. You can always go back and redo it. So to be safe start with less time and work your way up.
Repeat beach waving the sections of your hair working your way around your head.
Keeping in mind to stay at mid ear length and below.
I always play with the waves and scrunch them so it looks messy and beachy.
If it doesn’t turn out the way you hoped the first time, don’t give up.
You’ll get those bombshell beach waves after a few tries and wonder how you ever lived without owning a Fairy Wave 3 Barrel Curling Iron.
