There are so many amazing podcasts out there, something for everyone. A study out of UC Berkeley stated that listening to a narrative story such as a podcast can stimulate multiple parts of our brains. Taking a break to hear your favorite podcasters voice during a stressful situation can become a source of comfort and even be calming, and becoming a part of what we listen to can help us use our imagination to form pictures in our minds.  These are only a few great reasons to start listening today! I’d love to know what podcasts you can’t live without.
