Easy Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

bags of chocolate chips
milk or dark
4 - 24
ounce
bags of white chocolate
Crushed peppermint
use original candy canes or peppermint candies
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper
Melt the milk / dark chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
Pour the melted milk / dark chocolate onto the lined sheet pan and spread it thin.
Place the tray into the refrigerator to cool, until the chocolate hardens.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
Add that on top of the hardened dark chocolate.
Then sprinkle the crushed peppermint onto the top of the chocolate. Spreading it all around.
Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator to cool.
When it hardens, break the Easy Peppermint Bark into large squares.
