I have been juicing more than ever this summer. I can truly feel the difference it makes in my body.
My hair is shinier, my skin is clear with less blemishes, my digestion is better, and I feel more energized. Not all juicing is created equal. I am juicing vegetables more so than fruits because even too much natural sugar can cause havoc on your health. I also try to buy organic when possible to limit pesticide exposure.
One of the main reasons I juice is to give my body a break from all of the toxins it encounters on a daily basis. To help my body at the cellular level get the nutrients, vitamins and minerals it needs to function at it’s peak.

INGREDIENTS
Organic Cucumber
Organic Celery
Organic Kale
Organic Spinach
1 Pink Grapefruit
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 bunch organic fresh Parsley
1 piece raw Ginger
DIRECTIONS
Wash and chop the veggies. Juice and Enjoy!
