These Kale Chips are a family favorite recipe. I’ve been making them since my kids were toddlers. I have to give credit to my sister-in-law Jennifer for sending this recipe to me years ago.
They are so easy to make and are more addictive than potato chips. If you are having a salt craving than bake up a batch of these babies and you’ll be cured.
Before I get to the recipe, I wanted to ask you to please sign up for my e-mails. Did you see a Pop Up Box that said ~ Are We Friends Yet? That’s where you enter your name and e-mail OR go to the CONTACT ME page and enter it there. That way you will get updates on all of my great posts, more amazing recipes, and I can keep you in the loop on all I’m doing. I also love love love hearing from you, so send me post ideas or topics that interest you!
Thank you for your support …. I greatly appreciate you!
Ingredients
A Bunch of Curly Kale
Sea Salt
Olive Oil Spray
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 degrees.
Wash your Kale thoroughly. Use paper towels to pat dry.
Lay on cutting board and chop kale into pieces. Removing stems.
Add the Kale to a large baking sheet.
Spray with Olive OIl Spray.
Season with sea salt.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
To store, put in a tight sealed container. Kale Chips break easily so storing in a ziplock won’t work well.
